The new year is almost upon us and we’ve been very busy at the farm getting ready for next season.  We are happy to announce that we are currently taking applications for the 2009 CSA Program.  One share will cost $550 which if broken down, comes out to roughly $21 per week.  The 2009 CSA program runs for 26 weeks starting in April.  The start date is not set in stone.  Weather conditions and other factors not within our control may delay the first harvests.  Please click on the Our CSA Program link to the right to learn more about our CSA.  We have threeRead More →

We will be starting our 2008 Farmers Market Season this Saturday at the Belmont Fresh Market.  We hope to have romaine lettuce, turnips, baby beets, some radishes and green onions. The Belmont Fresh Market opens at 8:00 am and closes around 11:30 am.Read More →

Since this is our first year selling at farmers markets we will be taking things slowly.  We hope to be at the Belmont Farmers Market on Saturdays starting in May.  I don’t know exactly when the Belmont Market will open this year.  We also plan to be at the Gastonia Farmers Market during the week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 am until 1 pm starting in June.  We will keep you posted about any details regarding the Belmont Farmers Market.Read More →
